You have fundamental rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transmissibility and contradiction without payment. To do this, please contact us. If you think the processing of your data breaches the Law on Data Protection, or your data protection claims have been violated in some other way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. The Data Protection Authority is responsible for this in Austria.

data are stored for the duration of the contractual relationship, and after termination thereof, for at least as long until legal storage periods exist, or periods of limitation of potential legal claims have not yet expired.

Whom we pass your data on to:

we will only store and process the personal data transmitted or disclosed to us in the context of processing the contract (mediation contract). Data will only be transmitted to the minimum extent necessary, and where this is necessary for the processing of the contract, has a legal foundation, or a justified interest exists in the business processing of participants (third parties).

Possible recipients can be: departments of the company involved with business processing (EDP, for example, or other administrative units) or companies in the group (for the processing of joint projects, for example);

third parties participating in the business processing (persons necessarily participating in the business processing, as well as potential contractual partners, other brokers, mediation platforms, building managements, financing companies, private and public centres that can provide or require information on properties, and insurance companies),

service providers of the person responsible (tax advisers, payroll accounting or a lawyer, for example), authorities (social insurance, the tax office or other authorities), legal representatives (in the assertion of rights or defence of claims, or within the framework of official procedures), or companies active as contractors within the framework of maintaining the IT infrastructure (software, hardware).

Under no conditions will your data be forwarded for advertising or similar purposes. Our colleagues and service providers are obligated to secrecy, and to compliance with data protection provisions.

Data transmissibility

There is no right to data portability.

There is no right to data transmissibility. It is neither contractually nor legally prescribed that you should provide your data, and neither is there any obligation to do so. The data are necessary, however, for the contractual relationship to be conducted properly.
